I run 5-6 miles per day at least 5 days a week so I don’t need exercise tips. I am not fat either (5′7", 135lbs). I just want to slim down for the summer. I kinda suck at diets but I can dedicate myself to something that will give me fast results so any advice in that direction will be greatly appreciated. Thanks! ![]()
7 Day Diet For Fast Weight Loss
1. Eat eggs
You’re allowed to eat as many eggs as you want, whenever you want each day. It’s as simple as that. The protein in eggs is the highest rated protein value in all foods.
2. Low calorie yogurt
You’re allowed to eat as many of these as you want. I better define low calorie for you. I mean any yogurt that is 80 calories or less. This automatically disqualifies high sugar yogurts. Although yogurts have plenty of sugar and carbs in them, they also have a good bit of protein.
3. Black beans
Eat 1 can a day, doesn’t matter if it’s during just 1 meal, 2 meals, or 3 meals. Just make sure that by the end of the day, 1 can of black beans is inside of you. A can of black beans has 25 grams of fiber, 25 grams of protein, and only costs 50 cents at Wal-Mart. That’s quite the nutritional punch for that price, especially the fiber.
4. Apples
Apples are my favorite fruit, not because I like their taste the best either. It’s because they’re high in water content and they have 5 grams of fiber in each one of them. They just fill you up really good. Eat as many apples as you want each day.

I am on a diet, but I need some good exercises as well.
Lots of cardio- running, biking, swimming.
A good "core" workout does wonders too- pilates/yoga.
Any regular leg lifts, crunches, etc. only work well if you combine them with regular fat burning cardio.

if you lose weight really quickly and your skin becomes flabby as a result, there is a way to make it tighten again, right? like, will it naturally go back to normal, or is there like lotion for that or something?
Honestly; it depends on how much skin youre talking about. If it was an extreme amount of weight that you lost and you were carrying it for long time ~ your skin actually loses elasticity and wont go back….
Vitamin B and Vitamin E are good to help your skin but you should maybe see your doctor and discuss the issue further.
Also:
According to a co-worker of mine who lost 85 lbs doing the Dr. Bernstein diet ~ he gives you a shot of straight vitamin B every week to help ensure that your skin doesn’t become flabby after the weight loss. Apparently you can purchase the vitamin B shots at any pharmacy as well. Good Luck !!!

I am 14 and this summer I want to lose weight before school starts back. Does anyone know how to lose weight fast and easy?
Fast, yes! Easy, No! Have you ever heard of an easy way to lose weight that was healthy? there are a lot of easy ways to lose weight but i dont know of any that are even close to being healthy. i was 205 pounds about two years ago. it took me over a year to lose 25 lbs. but took me only 4 months to lose rest of the 45 lbs. i was getting married so had to do it fast but still did not want to do anything unhealthy because i DO want kids in the future and healthy ones at that. I joined a diet program in canada. its been a year since i’ve been married and have been eating completely normal foods, have no time to exercise but only put on 5lbs. since then due to my own negligence. a similar program is also available in new york. you can visit www.livelighteatright.com to get more info. so many of my family and friends are doing this diet and losing weight left and right. if you live in ny, nj area maybe its something of your use.

I want to lose weight fast. How much weight do you think I can lose in 3 months? How many pounds can i lose a week? What should i do to lose weight? I can’t go to the gym or buy any products to help me lose weight. What exercises should i do, and what foods should i eat?
Lol, okay i don’t necessarily need to lose weight really fast, but the question wasn’t long enough so i just added that.
