			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class="announcement_post"><p>I weight 170 LBS and i need to <em>lose weigh fast</em>, about 40 LBS. I need tips from those of you out there that know how to exercise well and <strong>lose weight fast</strong>.</p>
<p>What kinds of food do i need to avoid and what kinds do i need to eat. What sorts of exercise do i need to do at the gym etc.. Also, if you know any good diet pills out there, let me know.</p>
<p>How to <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Lose Weight Fast</strong></span> &#8211; Exercise Tips  1. Sprint  Have you ever seen an overweight sprinter? Of course not, they sport some of the most impressive physiques on the planet. And all they do is sprint for 3-30 seconds at a time.  Sprinting is brutal, but that is why it is so effective. It boosts our fat loss hormones like nothing else, and sends our metabolism through the roof. So a handful of 40 yard sprints will do more for you than an hour of walking ever will.  Alternatively you could box, skip, run, swim or jump on an exercise bike and go flat out for 20 seconds, rest 20 seconds then go again. Do this a total of 7 times and you will be well and truly fried after only 5 minutes (And your body will be so revved up it will continue burning fat for days afterwards!)</p>
<p>2 Go hard as you can for 5 minutes  Can you remember running the 800 or 1500 at high school? Well this will bring back some memories!  Grab a stopwatch and jump on an exercise bike, any piece of exercise equipment or for best results go down to the local park and go as fast as you can for 5 minutes straight. Make a note of the distance covered and strive to beat it next week.</p>
<p>3. Lift Heavy!  You see if you train hard enough, you only have to train your muscles once a week. Also if you go to complete failure once, that is all you need to reap the benefits. So if you lift as much weight as is humanly possible for 8-12 reps, that&#8217;s all that is required to build muscle, boost your metabolism and burn fat. And how long would doing 8-12 reps take? 20 seconds. You could get 3 exercises done in 5 minutes if you were serious.</p>
<p>4. Do only compound lifts  To get the most out of your strength workouts, you can discard isolation exercises than train only one muscle, like bicep curls or triceps kickbacks. This is because your arms are stimulated more efficiently with bigger more complex movements like the bench press or chin ups. So if you are racing for time, you could skip the puny exercises and just focus on the big lifts that deliver the most bang for your buck.</p>
<p>So to sum up, you could definitely start losing weight with only 5 minute of exercise a day. You could strength train every muscle on your body in 2-3, 5 minute strength workouts a week.</p>
<p>In-between these days you could do any of the 5 minute cardio examples I gave you and as long as you watch HOW MUCH you eat, you will begin to see results within a week.</p>

<p>People spend hundreds of millions of dollars buying gym memberships and fitness equipment this time of year in preparation for their new years resolutions but you dont have to.  Getting in shape doesnt require money, just knowledge and dedication and this video will put you on the road to fitness.</p>
<p>In this video I will show you how to achieve your new years resolution of losing weight and getting stronger with a simple 30 minute home workout.  This video umes that you have no experience with fitness or weightlifting so dont worry, we are not going to use any intimidating equipment.  You will feel better and have more energy after your very first workout!</p>
<p>OK, now for our workout, there are only three exercises &#8211; crunches for abs, pushups for chest, shoulders and triceps, and pullups for lats and biceps.  And dont worry, if you cant do a single pushup or pullup I will show you how you can get started and build up your strength.  This workout is for everyone, no matter how out of shape you are.  You probably did these three exercises back in PE as a kid, but I&#8217;m going to show you how to do them correctly so you dont get injured.  </p>
<p>On Monday/Wednesday/Friday do 15 minutes of cardio and this 15 minute workout.  On the other four days of the week, do 30 minutes of cardio.</p>

<p>Do situps and not just the straight up and down ones because although they will help they wont do it all. You also should do sit ups to your sides to get the muscles running diagonal through your tummy.  Lift weights for your arms, repition is more important than how heavy they are if you&#8217;re just trying to tone your body.</p>
<p>Lie down and pretend like your riding a bycicle.   Do scissors (where you lie down and lift one leg up in the air over and over)  And that person that told you to run clearly didnt read your question because if you cant walk, you cant run.  Other than that, follow what the other people said about dieting. But just so you know, if you lose 15lbs in a week or two, you lost water weight, which is totally useless to you because you&#8217;ll only put it back on and be disappointed (also, I heard that water weight doesn&#8217;t show, so if thats true, then losing 15lbs in water weight wont make you look any better) just eat right.</p>
<p>And you do need some meat because without iron and protien, you aren&#8217;t going to do your body much good.  Oh, and its total B*S that diet drinks wont make you gain weight, they will! Just because they don&#8217;t have sugar doesn&#8217;t mean you can still drink them! and FYI, all carbinated drinks are bad for your health.  Good luck!</p>

is fasting a good method?<br />
and if so, how long should i do it for ?<br />
<br />There are unnatural ways of burning fat by burning thermogenics, which I don&#8217;t recommend even as a GNC representative because they can mess with your hormones and thyroid. </p>
<p>The best way to make your body utilize fat and burn them is to limit your carb intake while increasing your lean meat intake.<br />
Remember proteins do not make you gain weight, instead carbs/sugar from snacks/too much fruits/rice/potatoes/etc will make you gain weight thus putting on fat. </p>
<p>You must burn off the extra calories that you are consuming from mainly carb/sugar products to lose weight.<br />
And it&#8217;s not going to be easy to lose weight while not exercising and it is not healthy.</p>
<p>Also try squeezing lemon in a cup of water in the morning right after waking up and drink it. It will suppress the appetite a bit and increase your metabolism naturally to promote fat burning.</p>
<p>Keep doing it until you see results.</p>

How do find out how many calories I need to eat daily? I want to start a workout program too. I want to start with a 20 minutes walk in the morning and  5-10 min of jogging in the evening. Is it enough? Thanks.<br />
<br />To check the number of calories you need eat daily, go to projectweightloss.com. You can enter your target weight, and the web site calculates how many calories you should eat every day to reach that weight. The site is free, you just need to sign up as a member.. They also have a diet and workout planner that shows you how many calories you burn when you exercise, and how many you eat with your meals. That`s how you can find out if you exercise enough. You can also use their weight charts and see whether you`re under/over the daily calorie limit. Good luck!</p>

<p>Besides that what can I do? I don&#8217;t have time to go to a gym. What else can I do? I really wanna gain some muscles and look fit cause I gained some weight over summer.<br />
And I don&#8217;t mean just muscles for show, but actual muscles that makes me strong.<br />
<br />You don&#8217;t have time to go to the gym? My a$$, how many hours a day do you spend on the computer? How about watching tv, Im sure you have time to go to the gym. Stop making excuses and go.</p>
<p>You can&#8217;t really lose weight fast, it takes time. Muscle does to. If you wanted to look fit before summer ends, you should of thought about that before.</p>
<p>Eat a balanced diet, don&#8217;t go for sugary carbs. Eat your veggies.</p>

<br />7 Day Diet For Fast Weight Loss</p>
<p>1. Eat eggs</p>
<p>You&#8217;re allowed to eat as many eggs as you want, whenever you want each day. It&#8217;s as simple as that. The protein in eggs is the highest rated protein value in all foods.</p>
<p>2. Low calorie yogurt</p>
<p>You&#8217;re allowed to eat as many of these as you want. I better define low calorie for you. I mean any yogurt that is 80 calories or less. This automatically disqualifies high sugar yogurts. Although yogurts have plenty of sugar and carbs in them, they also have a good bit of protein.</p>
<p>3. Black beans</p>
<p>Eat 1 can a day, doesn&#8217;t matter if it&#8217;s during just 1 meal, 2 meals, or 3 meals. Just make sure that by the end of the day, 1 can of black beans is inside of you. A can of black beans has 25 grams of fiber, 25 grams of protein, and only costs 50 cents at Wal-Mart. That&#8217;s quite the nutritional punch for that price, especially the fiber.</p>
<p>4. Apples</p>
<p>Apples are my favorite fruit, not because I like their taste the best either. It&#8217;s because they&#8217;re high in water content and they have 5 grams of fiber in each one of them. They just fill you up really good. Eat as many apples as you want each day.</p>
