i am 10-15 pounds overweight and i am in my pubescent years, i need to lose weight and fast.

i am not very active, in the sense of going to exercise and etc. i also wouldn’t mind motivation for exercise either :)

also, is losing 15 pounds easy?

please recommend any good methods for a fast weight loss, i would greatly appreciate it :)

There are unnatural ways of burning fat by burning thermogenics, which I don’t recommend even as a GNC representative because they can mess with your hormones and thyroid.

The best way to make your body utilize fat and burn them is to limit your carb intake while increasing your lean meat intake.
Remember proteins do not make you gain weight, instead carbs/sugar from snacks/too much fruits/rice/potatoes/etc will make you gain weight thus putting on fat.

You must burn off the extra calories that you are consuming from mainly carb/sugar products to lose weight.
And it’s not going to be easy to lose weight while not exercising and it is not healthy.

Also try squeezing lemon in a cup of water in the morning right after waking up and drink it. It will suppress the appetite a bit and increase your metabolism naturally to promote fat burning.

Keep doing it until you see results.
