Here is my grocery list of the top food to gain weight fast and build muscle.
These the top foods I get pretty much week in and week out to gain weight and build muscle (not fat).
I cover the food I get to satisfy my protein requirements, carb requirements and “Good” Fat (Essential Fats) requiremtnts.

what people dont …
what people dont understand is MILK is contains CASEIN and only 2% whey protein…. so if u have it between meals that protein wont absorb quickly, by the time it absorbs u’ll be up for ur next meal so drink milk before bed

oh yeah and i forgot. Whey protein. Also take a multivitamin at least once a day. I like to take one multivitamin in the morning and one multivitamin after my workouts to make up for the nutrients I lose. Drink whey within two hours of your workout too.

I eat a lot of the same things. I also try nonfat yogurt, nonfat cottage cheese, Oatmeal, spinach, and already cut up broccoli that come in bags. All of these will keep you full for a long time and taste good.

FYI to everyone looking to gain good weight and build muscle the most expensive part of this process is FOOD. Food can be very expensive and def add up. However, if of course you shop around for good deals you can manage to stretch your bill.

lol and i wish you lucky on your weight gaining journey! i think it must be harder bein a skinny guy rather than a skinny girl, so i sympathize with ya. haha

im in the same boat …
im in the same boat as you…only im 17 and a guy..lol..and i workout. it depends on if you do any physical activity at all. with 6 meals a day you wont feel as tired and have ALOT more energy. btw…if you start getting tired during the day eat some calories (it helps) if i were you i would start out by adding one or two meals onto what you already eat in a day. everyones body is different so it look at it as an experimental process
