Too skinny for me is 88lbs Ive been there not good :( I&#039;m 5 1 Now I&#039;m 125 I was working out too much and eating low calorie diet it works. but not forever. My body was in alot of stress and long story...which Ive learned alot from now.  
Its not about loseing weight to get healthy..its about getting healthy to be able to lose weight ;)

But if you are taller you should weigh more. in fact you were already good to begin with, I&#039;d kill to be 130!</description>

It was mostly my diet that did it but i went from 130lbs to 110!  I wanted to tighten up after so i started doing things like The Plank at my house :)  It Took Me a whole Summer to lose the weight!</description>
