well do alot of sthrenght training like go to the gym and lift weights at first i didnt know it would work but it does! and your arm muscles youll get results to them first and maybe you can go to dance classes because thats fun exercise and its cardio, or sports/swimming also good luck!

I’m 17. Too skinny …
I’m 5 1 Now I’m 125 I was working out too much and eating low calorie diet it works. but not forever. My body was in alot of stress and long story…which Ive learned alot from now.

Its not about loseing weight to get healthy..its about getting healthy to be able to lose weight

I don’t mean to sound insulting or anything, I’m happy that you lost the weight u wanted to, but I have to say 110 seems way too skinny for an adult. 120 to 125 is the healthiest weight if you happen to be short like me, I’m 5″3. But if you are taller you should weigh more. in fact you were already good to begin with, I’d kill to be 130!

I walked with …
It Took Me a whole Summer to lose the weight!
I walked with someone for 45-1hour..speed walk everyday. The time flew by! It was mostly my diet that did it but i went from 130lbs to 110! I wanted to tighten up after so i started doing things like The Plank at my house
